Simple German Potato Salad

Prep Time:

5 - 30 Minutes (depending on potato option chosen)

  • 4 - 15 oz. cans of sliced potatoes

  • 1 - 16 oz. Jar of Bea's Hot Bacon Dressing


** If you will be warming your salad in the oven, preheat it to 350 now.

Step 1

Drain the potatoes and toss the liquid, if using canned potatoes


Boil, cool, and slice the potatoes, if using fresh spuds.

Step 2

In a medium size, lightly greased crockpot or casserole:

Layer potatoes and dressing; 1/4 of potatoes and 1/4 of dressing to create 4 layers.

Step 3

If using a crockpot, warm your salad on low until thoroughly warmed through.

If using your oven: Place your casserole in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Serve warm and enjoy!
