Chicken Salad with BEA'S CHERRY SAUCE and CITRUS MARMALADE

Prep Time:

15 minutes (plus cooking chicken if you don't already have it on-hand)

Cook Time:

Depends on if you have cooked chicken available or if you have to cook it now. Using a supermarket rotisserie chicken in this salad works great.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked and cooled chicken - chopped (Rotisserie chicken works great!)

  • 2 c. uncooked small pasta shells

  • 1 - stalk celery

  • 1/2 c. diced onion

  • 3/4 c. mayo

  • 1/3 c. BEA'S CITRUS MARMALADE

  • 1/2 c. BEA'S CHERRY SAUCE

  • 1/4 tsp. salt ( salt to taste )

Preparation

Step 1


Cook the pasta per package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Make certain the pasta is well drained to avoid watering down your salad.



Step 2


In a large bowl, mix everything together. This salad is best served chilled.
