During the summer months our bakery offers home made cookies, turnovers, and
15 different varieties of pies:

Cherry  *  Cherry Apple  *  Apple  *  Dutch Apple
Blueberry  *  Peach *  Rhubarb Custard  *  Raspberry
Cherry Raspberry  *  Strawberry Rhubarb
4-berry (blueberry, blackberry, rasberry and strawberry)
Summertime (blueberry, peach and cherry)
Door County Medley (strawberry, raspberry, and apple)
Patchwork (raspberry, apple, cherry, strawberry and rhubarb)
Pumpkin (September and October)

All of our pies are hand-rolled with a lard crust and made with fruit, sugar and flour which thickens as the pie bakes.  The pies are available in our pie case throughout the summer and all during the year, frozen-unbaked.  It is best to call ahead your order to assure availability.  Bea's is sorry that we are currently unable to ship our pies
